Dear South Devon Members
After listening to feedback from World Members, the New Zealand South Devon Society is pleased to announce two additional options to the 2020 World South Devon Conference and tour of New Zealand.
In addition to the full tour package already advertised of 10 November – 04 December 2020, beginning in Christchurch and finishing in Auckland, including Conference. (Option 1)
The following options have been added.
Option 2: A South Island Leg, including Conference, starting in Christchurch and finishing in Palmerston North. (10 November – 26 November 2020)
Option 3: A North Island Leg, including Conference, starting in Wellington and finishing in Auckland. (21 November – 04 December 2020.)

Booking Dates and Payments
- Early Bird Booking before 31st October 2019
- Mid-Range Booking between 31st October 2019 -1st February 2020
- Full Price Booking after 1st February 2020
Spaces limited-only 48 seats available.
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 NZD per person payable within 21 days will be invoiced upon receipt of your booking request. This payment confirms your tour booking subject to terms and conditions.
Installment payments are as follows:
- 12 months prior to tour date, 25% per person to be paid
- 5 months prior to tour date, 50% per person to be paid
- 100 days prior to tour date, remaining full amount is due
If the deposit and/or balances are not paid as per this schedule, the NZSDCS reserve the right to cancel your tour booking and may retain any payments made.
We encourage you to book early as spaces are limited. Preference will be given to full breeding members, actively involved in breeding pedigree and/or commercial herds.
NZ South Devon invite expressions of interest from non-breeding members, but seats will be subject to availability.
Travel Insurance IS NOT included in the travel cost.
The NZ South Devon Cattle Society highly recommend all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at time of booking flights.
Once your registrations have been confirmed NZSDCS will require your full name (as recorded on your travelling passport), your country of origin and email address, these will be used for contact and correspondence.
